- Clean with soft cloth and water. Do not use cleaning solutions with alcohol or chemicals.
All artwork is made on demand. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 days
Quality control
All products go through a rigorous quality control process that includes QC checks during every step of the production process and a triple check before any item is packed.
Packaging control
Acrylic prints are wrapped in a plastic film, then packaged in a steady cardboard box filled with cardboard and foam inserts for extra protection. Then the box is sealed with paper tape.

📦 Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- Wrong Item or Print Error: If you received the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing defect (e.g. incorrect print, colors, or sizing), contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing unless there was a print or fulfillment error.
🕒 Timeline for Claims
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within:
- 7 days for shipping-related damages
- 14 days for production-related errors

Our fulfillment partners operate globally. Depending on your location:
- U.S. customers: Returns or replacements are typically processed through our U.S. fulfillment center.
- International customers: Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring quality resolution.
