📦 Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
Wrong Item or Print Error: If you received the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing defect (e.g. incorrect print, colors, or sizing), contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing unless there was a print or fulfillment error.
